$host - 必須, 前サーバー名前( mysql.server.com か localhost)
$user - 必須, 読み書き許可の承認されたユーザー
$password - 必須, ユーザーパスワードまたは"" ゲストのための分野
$db - 必須, データベース名前
$table - 必須, CSV データで満ちるべきテーブル。
