Devuelve todos los indices de las filas que concuerdan.

Devuelve un array con los indices que concuerdan con $text

$csvfile - requerido, Ruta al archivo CSV.
$header - requerido, Numero de columnas a buscar (comenzando por 0)
$text - requerido, Caracter o texto a buscar. (insensible a mayusculas)
